The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of health education in improving dormitory guardians' understanding of adolescent health. The educational materials covered adolescent growth and development, management of common diseases such as acute respiratory infections (ARI), fever, typhoid, diarrhea, dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), and scabies, adolescent mental health, and basic emergency care in schools. Measurements were conducted using a pre-test and post-test to assess changes in participants' knowledge levels. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores, reflecting improved understanding after the educational intervention. The interactive and needs-based counseling methods proved effective in enhancing the readiness of dormitory guardians to support adolescents' physical and mental health in the dormitory setting. With this increased understanding, health cases are expected to be handled more quickly, accurately, and optimally. This study highlights the importance of health education as a preventive and responsive measure in maintaining adolescent health in boarding school environments.
