Skin health is an important part of overall body health, especially in children who have high levels of activity and are more vulnerable to exposure to germs and less hygienic environments. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of orphanage children about the importance of maintaining skin hygiene and health. The program was carried out at the Peduli Yatim & Dhuafa Children’s Social Orphanage in Bandung, involving approximately 20–30 children as participants. The methods used included health education sessions, demonstrations of proper handwashing practices, educational games, and the distribution of snacks and basic food supplies. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm among participants and an improvement in their understanding of how to maintain skin hygiene and adopt clean and healthy living behaviors. This activity not only provided benefits for the children but also served as a learning opportunity for nursing students to apply their knowledge in real community settings while fostering empathy and social responsibility. The program is expected to encourage sustainable healthy behavior changes.
